Product & Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Product & Project Manager to drive product development while managing projects for both in-house and outsourced development teams. This role combines strategic product vision with hands-on project execution, requiring expertise in modern development practices, UI/UX, and AI technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Product & Project Manager is responsible for:
Product Management
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development, translating business requirements and market opportunities into actionable product features
- Rapidly prototype and experiment with different products
- Create and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage product backlog
- Leverage data visualization tools to create actionable insights and reports
- Oversee UI/UX design processes and ensure alignment with product goals
- Guide the integration of AI features and capabilities into product offerings
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for both in-house and outsourced development initiatives
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
- Maintain and optimize Jira workflows and project tracking systems
You Have:
- 5+ years of combined product and project management experience, including software
- Product strategy skills
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience integrating AI technologies into product development
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to plan big picture strategy and juggle small logistics – you are flexible, detail oriented, and organized
- Able to operate and multi-task effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Native-level English speaker
