Office Manager
We are seeking an energetic and talented Office Manager to join our growing team. The position is onsite only, and part-time.
Five Blocks is a digital reputation pioneer, shaping perceptions of companies and individuals through thoughtful planning of their digital footprint — as seen in search. Using proprietary technology and data-driven diagnostics, we analyze a brand’s internet presence and map out a more accurate, intentional, and strategic reputation for our clients, together with their communications teams.
Our clients include some of the best-known companies in the world, as well as notable individuals who expect premium standards of service and support.

The Office Manager is responsible for the overall team, office, and building administration for a company of 55+ employees.
You will:
- Handle administrative requests/needs of management and employees
- Order and purchase required supplies/equipment for the office
- Conduct a regular supplies, repair, and maintenance audit – and then deal with suppliers, technicians, and service providers
- Manage and supervise cleaning staff
- Manage the company’s lunch program and ancillary food requirements and requests
- Be a critical partner in the overall care and welfare of staff, working closely with the culture committee
- Perform various tasks related to overall building management such as communication with local municipal authorities
- Perform the annual insurance renewal for Five Blocks and for the building. This includes finding and bringing in inspectors to sign off on various safety systems.
You are:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Calendar
- Organized and methodical, with a strong work ethic
- A true team player AND a self-starter with a can-do approach
- A native-level Hebrew and English speaker (fully bilingual)
- A strong independent thinker with good problem solving skills
- Able to juggle logistics – you are flexible, very detail-oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Service-oriented, diplomatic, and personable, with good communication skills
- Able to drive and in possession of a car
Prior office management experience is a plus.
The position is part-time (4 hours per day, 5 days per week), onsite in the Jerusalem area.
