Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and lead QA initiatives across our in house and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to implement and maintain comprehensive testing frameworks.

The Senior QA Engineer’s responsibilities include:
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for complex applications, including automated, manual, and performance testing
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple product features and releases, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and best practices
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide quality-focused input during the planning phase
- Establish and track quality metrics, providing regular reports on test coverage, defect trends, and quality indicators
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects
- Lead bug triage sessions and manage defect lifecycle across multiple projects
- Perform root cause analysis on defects to identify underlying issues
- Update existing test cases based on changes in business requirements
- Create new test data to support the execution of test cases
- Maintain a library of all test artifacts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar
- Strong understanding of SQL and database testing
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and functionality.

- Energetic and willing to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of security testing principles and tools
- Experience with SAAS products
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
